Alasdair Robertson BA (Hons) Fine Art

Born in Carbridge in 1983, Alasdair always was keen on expressing himself trying all different types of mediums through school, finally setting his course by applying for Jordonstone.

A recent graduate from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in Dundee, Scotland, Alasdair's paintings are depictions of futuristic landscapes and sensations.

They are concerned with visions of the future as seen through science fiction literature and film and vary from representational to fairly abstract.

His career has taken off with his work being exhibited already at the RSA annual student exhibition in Edinburgh and Resipole Studios, Acharacle, Argyll.
